Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rate
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all domestic and international orders.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number at the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather, or customs processing. These are rare but outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right.
